On Friday, the verdict in the murder case of Nallapu Ramya, a B.Tech student who was stabbed on August 15, last year, was delivered. Kunchala Sasikrishna, the accused, was found guilty of murder and sentenced to death by hanging by the Guntur Fast Track Sessions Court. The late Ramya's family members, including her father, sister, and mother, reacted to the sensational verdict by thanking the State administration, police, and court system. The victim's father, expressed his joy at the stunning decision to hang the criminal and thanked the police, judiciary, and administration, including CM Jagan. 'I hope the soul of my daughter finds peace,' Ramya's father remarked. Ramya's mother and sister also commended the police, judicial system and AP government for responding favourably to the situation by addressing it sensitively and offering compensation to the family.
