On Saturday, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan paid a visit to Chintalapudi. Pawan addressed a public meeting organized by the local Jana Sena cadre. Pawan Kalyan stated as part of the Rythu Bharosa Yatra in support of tenant farmers that eighty percent of farmers in AP are tenants who had borrowed money from banks. They are unable to repay their loans owing to crop failure, and they are dying as a result of financial stress, with no assistance from the state government. While criticising the current administration for neglecting tenant farmers' issues, he told them that he will always be by their side.
