After a manhunt that lasted more than 24 hours, authorities apprehended Frank James and charged him with federal terrorism. If convicted, he may face life in prison, according to Breon Peace, the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York. It was unclear if James, who is originally from New York but has lately lived in Philadelphia and Milwaukee, has an attorney or anybody else who can represent for him.
