YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister, has made some interesting remarks about the establishment of the Kuppam revenue division. Kuppam is the constituency of Telugu Desam Party Chief N Chandrababu Naidu, from where the former Chief Minister won seven times as an MLA. In a press conference following the launch of the new districts on Monday, AP Chief Minister Jagan chastised Chandrababu for failing to form the Kuppam revenue division while being chief minister for 14 years. 'At his request, we established the Kuppam revenue division,' said CM Jagan. The government of Andhra Pradesh currently has 26 districts with the inclusion of 13 new districts, and the number of revenue divisions has increased to 72.
