The police intensified their investigation into the drug case at the Radisson Hotel in Hyderabad. On Friday, they collected blood and urine samples from filmmaker Jagarlamudi Radhakrishna, also known as Krish, for testing purposes. The drugs party came to light on the 24th of the previous month.

Responding to the incident, Krish stated that he was ready to appear before the police for questioning. Accordingly, news reports indicated that the police summoned him for questioning on Friday, though there was speculation that he would appear for questioning only by the following Monday. However, Krish did attend the inquiry on Friday itself. After questioning Krish for a while, the police collected his samples for testing.

On another note, the main suspects in the case, Gajjala Vivekananda, Nirbhay, and Kedarnath, have already been found positive in their tests. However, the main accused was not granted judicial remand earlier due to the lack of drug findings during a raid at the hotel. But with cocaine traces found on white paper discovered at the hotel, drug peddler Abbas and another suspect were remanded to judicial custody.

Meanwhile, the police are conducting extensive searches for 14 individuals related to the case. Suspects Lishi, Sandeep, Shweta, and Neil have not yet appeared before the police. With findings suggesting that they might be in neighboring states, police are conducting searches in Goa, Karnataka, and other states. There are suspicions that delays in sample collection might lead to the disappearance of drug traces in the tests, indicating a possible delay tactic by the suspects. With suspicions of Neil traveling abroad, the police are preparing to issue lookout notices against him.

Regarding the supply of drugs at the party, police have interrogated Mirza Waheed Beg and have located two other peddlers, Imran and Abdul Rehman, from Yakutpura, identified as suppliers of cocaine to Beg. An active search is underway for these two individuals.
