Jagan takes holy dip at Kovvur
Kovvur (West Godavari), July 15: YSRCP chief and Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly YS Jaganmohan Reddy took the holy dip in River Godavari at Gospada pushkar ghat at Kovvur in West Godavari district today. Jagan reached Kovvur from Rajahmundry by road this morning and performed special pujas to River Godavari on the occasion of Pushkaralu. Jagan will visit Ayyappa Swamy and Umamarakadeswara Swamy temples in Rajahmundry this afternoon. Later, he will inspect the social service programmes being conducted by YSR Foundation on the occasion of Pushkaralu. Jagan will perform pujas at Kotilingala ghat in Rajahmundry and would leave for Hyderabad by air. It may be noted that Jagan cut short his Vijayawada tour and rushed to Rajahmundry yesterday on knowing about the stampede incident.
