Minister Roja responds strongly to Pawan Kalyan's comments

Visakhapatnam: As part of the alliance with the TDP, Pawan Kalyan, in a meeting held in Tadepalligudem yesterday, explained to his party cadre why the Jana Sena Party agreed to contest only 24 assembly seats and 3 Lok Sabha seats. He questioned whether they had the poll management capabilities, institutional strength like TDP, financial resources in the scale of thousands of crores like Jagan, or sufficient grassroots workers. He declared his acceptance of these 24 seats as a contemplation of these realities and vowed to push CM Jagan to the abyss.

Minister Roja retorted sharply to these remarks. She clarified that Jagan did not become the Chief Minister by mere chance but earned his position with the people's blessings, emphasizing that it wasn't an effortless victory. Criticizing Pawan Kalyan's failure to secure victories in multiple constituencies, she suggested it was a reflection of his leadership.

Roja mocked the limitation to 24 seats under Pawan Kalyan's presidency as shameful, questioning the presence of booth and mandal committees within his party and who was responsible for their establishment. She accused Pawan Kalyan of failing to pay attention to party building and now unfairly blaming his party workers and Janasainiks for his shortcomings.

Minister Roja highlighted the irony in Pawan Kalyan's threats to bring down Jagan, despite not being able to secure even 30 seats himself. She pointed out that Pawan Kalyan's reliance on Chandrababu Naidu only led to his downfall, a fact made evident in the recent meeting.
