Alliance Government Has Provided Real Assurance to Farmers: Minister Nadendla

Minister for Food and Civil Supplies Nadendla Manohar stated that the alliance government has provided real assurance to farmers since coming to power in the state. He revealed that for the 2024–25 Kharif season, the state’s Civil Supplies Department procured 31,52,753 metric tonnes of paddy, for which ₹7,222.35 crore has been paid. This initiative has benefited 5,00,352 farmers, he added.

"This is the achievement of our government, and we are happy to share this," Nadendla tweeted. He further stated that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan are constantly working for the welfare of farmers, citing this as an example. Along with his statement, he also shared a graph depicting paddy procurement figures.
