Lawyers force closure of court hall as soul of judge pervades it
Mysore,Feb 20, 2015: A court hall in Mysore courts complex has been kept closed for the past nine months now as the lawyers strongly believe that a devil has been visiting the court hall very frequently. The lawyers also believe the devil that has been pervading the court hall belonged to a judge who was killed in an accident. Majority lawyers are of the opinion that the soul of the killed judge is pervading there only. Even though a few lawyers dismissed the devil theory as trash and demanded the reopening of the court hall, majority of the lawyers are opposing the demand. As a result, the court hall has remained closed. Even the Karnataka legal affairs department and judges of higher courts are not willing to intervene in the matter. Government is also not willing to post any judge to that particular court hall for fear of being cursed by the soul of the judge killed in the accident. Taking advantage of the situation, some astrologers have stepped into the scene and advised the top officials not to open the court hall without performing remedial steps including some special Pujas. Presently, the court hall is being used as a store room. only broken chairs, tables and some old things. However, no one is willing to go even nearer to the court hall.
