Tummala, Kadiyam looking for safe zones to enter Council
Hyderabad, Feb 19, 2015: Two Telangana ministers are reportedly not in favour of contesting the forthcoming MLC polls from the Graduates' Constituency.
Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari and Roads and Buildings Minister Tummala Nageswarao are not ready to contest Graduates Constituency as both of them want to enter the Legislative Council through a safe zone.
On the other hand, Telangana Employees' Association leader Devi Prasad has also sought permission from TRS president and Chief Minister KCR to contest from MLAs' constituency. However, KCR told him to contest from Graduates Constituency only.
Both Tummala Nageswara Rao and Kadiyam Srihari have to be elected to the Legislative Assembly or Council in six months to continue in the Cabinet posts.
