You just can’t break Bahubali record in near future
Undoubtedly, crossing Rs 1,000 crore barrier by Bahubali-2 is phenomenal achievement. Not only that, the target set by Bahubali-2 is just mind blowing and it is not an easy task for any production house to cross that milestone in the near future at least in their wildest dreams. No dubbed movie in Hindi could reach the target set by Bahubali-2 in Bollywood. Surprisingly, the audiences abroad were just mesmerised by the epic movie with Mahishmati kingdom in its backdrop and the film remained unstoppable and the target to be set by Bahubali-2 is just unimaginable in its full run.
It is surprise to note that PK and Dangal had collected Rs 337 crore and Rs 371 crore in their full run while, Bahubali-2 in just two weeks collected Rs 300 crore and earned a place in the top three movies in gross collections. Undoubtedly, Bahubali-2 will cross Dangal’s record in the next one week and it is not known what will be the gross collections range of Bahubali-2 in its full run. Further, it is a surprise that a Hindi-dubbed movie is all set to cross a regular top Bollywood movie’s collection and reach Rs 500 crore club within India. Kudos to SS Rajamouli, writer Vijayendra Prasad, music director Keeravani, artistes Prabhas, Rana, Ramyakrishna, Nasser and Satyaraj for setting a landmark in the history of Indian cinema.
