TS MP Vinod launches Mangoes stall in Delhi
Hyderabad, May.7: TRS MP B Vinod Kumar today inaugurated a special Mangoes Stall at Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi.
Along with Principal Resident Commissioner Aravind Kumar and Additional Commissioner Vedantha Giri, Vinod Kumar opened the stall which was being maintained by Horticulture department. He said pure mangoes are being sold there. The TRS MP said no chemicals were used to ripen the mangoes and the people can purchase them for that sweet and aroma taste.
The Horticulture department was helping the farmers for the mangoes by paying 25 per cent more than local market price. Vinod Kumar said Telangana State witnessed more production of mangoes this season and north India gets the crop one month late. To cater to the needs of Northern India, the Telangana government made this arrangement, he said. He expressed happiness that the Horticulture department has set up a mangoes stall in Delhi. This counter has been opened with a view to keep available for the sale of best quality (carbide free) ripened mangoes with an initiative of Telangana State Horticulture Development Corporation Ltd., in collaboration with e-Fresh Healthy Food Happy Life (P) Ltd.
