14 over-staying foreigners held in Hyderabad city
Hyderabad, May.3: City Task Force officials today conducted surprise checks on illegally staying foreign nationals at Golconda, Humayun Nagar, Asif Nagar, Langer House, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, OU Sity, Malakpet and arrested 14 foreigners, who arrived in the country on student visas.
Police said five of them are Sudan Nationals, four Yemenis, two Somalians, two Kenya Nationals and one Tanzanian. Police said most of the house-owners, who were giving accommodation on rent to the foreigners were not informing the foreign nationals staying details through C-Form to the FRRO. The same was intimated to the FRRO for taking further action.
The surprise checks were done under the supervision of B. Limba Reddy, Dy Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force.
