Shabbir wants all-party meeting on Land Act
Hyderabad, April.27 : Leader of the Opposition in the Council Mohammed Ali Shabbir today demanded that the State government call an all-party meeting to suggest amendments to the Central LARR Act 2013 in the back ground of the Union government rejecting the changes in the Act and endorsed by the State legislatures.
Addressing the media at the CLP office today, Shabbir said the State government had strength in the Assembly and got it passed; but the Centre has struck down the same and sent it back for further changes. The State government has once again failed on the issue of provision of recruitment for Singareni Employees on compassionate grounds and regularisation of Out-sourcing and contract employees.

He also charged the government with diverting the budgetary allocations of all irrigation projects to its pet programs of Mission Kakatiya and Mission Bhagiratha.
