Anushka’s performance on par with Ramyakrishna!
Maverick director SS Rajamouli, who earned global recognition for his extraordinary movie ‘Bahubali’ is presently busy in promoting his film by giving interviews to various kinds of media including magazines, newspapers, web sites, television channels and so on. It is very natural for the director of a film to promote his film before the release and appeal to the audiences to watch the movie in theatres. At the same time, the director will throw heaps of appreciation on the artistes who played the key roles in the movie, by mentioning the hard work they done and the efforts they made.
In one of the interviews, Rajamouli praised Anushka. He says, ‘Besides having acting skills, Anushka had put up sheer hard work and showed determination. Especially she excelled in the scenes as Devasena. While watching the performances of Devasena and Sivagami on the editing table I was really stunned. Anushka had equalled the seasoned actress Ramyakrishna, who is on top of the league of top artistes. I can say that Anushka is a very professional when it comes to acting. Moreover, she treats everyone in the film unit with utmost respect, from top to bottom. Though Anushka has a very less role to play in the first part, she had got excellent scope to perform in the second half and she excelled in her character and will impress everyone with her hard work.
