Ready for street fights: Revanth Reddy

Hyderabad, April.15 : Continuing his tirade against the TRS government and chief minister KCR, TDP floor leader A Revanth Reddy warned that his party was ready for the street fight if there is a violation of rights of weaker sections due to the political decision of KCR.

Speaking to media after a meeting at TDLP on the premises of the Assembly, he alleged that KCR was playing politics in the name of reservations to Muslims. If KCR is really sincere, he should extend reservations to 64 per cent and move a resolution in the Assembly. Of these, 52 per cent for BCs and 12 per cent for Muslims in the State, he said.

Raising questions on the reservations of the TRS government, TDP MLA and national BC leader R Krishnaiah said how can KCR increased reservation to BC-E (Muslims). Is there no people in A B C D groups of BCs, he questioned. The meeting was attended by State party president L Ramana, politburo member Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy, party national official spokesperson Arvind Kumar Goud and others.
