TS Contract Lecturers To Get Pay Hike

Hyderabad: Salaries of contract lecturers in the State have been increased by Rs 9000 a month, by the Telangana government. With this, the total salary of each contract lecturer will be increased to Rs 27000 from Rs 18000 a month.

The State government issued an order in this regard on Saturday. The order said that the hiked salary will be given from December month itself. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has taken a decision to offer increased salary for the contract lecturers, who are seeking a hike for some time.
