Islamabad should Introspect For The Uneasy Relations : Arun Jaitley

December 2, 2016: Finance Minister Arun Jaitley told that Pakistan should introspect the reasons for having tense and uneasy relations with India. While participating in HT Leadership Summit FM told "It is a very serious and sensitive situation. From the day one of government formation we had been taking one step after another very honestly to improve relations with Islamabad." PM Modi implemented lot of initiatives which include unconventional attempts also, but they responded with Pathankot and Uri attack. If tensions prevail, it is for the neighbouring country to introspect why there are tensions and uneasy relations. Commenting on change of guard in US, FM said "I have no doubt that India's friendly relations with the US would continue on the same plank as it was, probably maturing and growing almost day by day. Although it was an unusual election,we have to accept the people's verdict."
