Khaidi No.150 beats Baahubali

The most awaited comeback films of Chiranjeevi is 'Khaidi No.150'. The expectations on this film are huge as Chiru is seen onscreen in a full-length movie after 9 years long gap. Already we know that Khaidi No.150 doing excellent pre-release business, it even beats Baahubali now. The Andhra region rights were sold for 32 crores beating Baahubali Andhra rights of 30crores. Thus Khaidi No.150 surpassed Baahubali in Andhra Rights region. If Baahubali has super craze, S S Rajamouli, and mammoth budget to sold the rights for such a price, Khaidi No.150 rights were sold only considering the craze of Chiranjeevi among the audience. Thus Chiru proves his stamina even after he coming with a long gap in films. The rights were sold in various Andhra regions as Uttarandra - 7.7crores, East Godavari -5.5crores , West Godavari- 4.5crores, Krishna- 5crores , Guntur - 6.4crores , Nellore - 2.7 - 3crores totaling 32 crores approx. However, we need to wait and see whether the movie will perform better than sold price rights or not ? in coming months as the film is slated for January 13 th, 2017 release.
