Baahubali The Conclusion Nizam rights sold for 48crores, not 45

The most awaited 'Baahubali The Conclusion' is doing fantastic pre-release business, due to enormous hype and craze over the film. Earlier it was reported that Asian Enterprises bought the Nizam area rights of 'Baahubali The Conclusion' for 45crores but the exact amount was now revealed. It was known that the rights were sold for 48crores NRA basis, where NRA means Non-Recoverable amount i.e if the movie collects less than 48crores then makers are not responsible for the losses and don't need to pay a single rupee for the buyers. As part 1 minted 43crores in its final run, 48crores is quite a high amount but if part 2 is successful, then it can easily recover this amount. Thus 'Baahubali The Conclusion' is doing record breaking a pre-release business. Interim, the most awaited first look of 'Baahubali The Conclusion' is slated for release on October 22nd. So let's wait few more days to see how much sensation the first look poster of Baahubali part 2 creates among the audience.
