India to boycott Saarc summit in Islamabad

New Delhi, Sep 27: India said on Tuesday that it is "unable to participate" in the upcoming Saarc Summit in Islamabad. In a statement, India said increasing cross-border terrorist attacks in the region "by one country" have created an environment that is not conducive to the successful holding of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation summit.
