TTDP Welcomes High Court’s direction to T Speaker on Defected MLAs

Hyderabad, Sept. 21: TDP Telangana today welcomed the orders of the High Court on party’s defectors who joined ruling TRS party. In a joint statement, TDP Telangana party president L Ramana and politburo member Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy said it was a welcome decision of the high court which has asked Telangana assembly speaker to take a decision in 90 days on the defectors who joined in TRS from TDP party. In view of the high court orders, Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav should immediately resign from the post and other defectors should also tender their resignation, who left the TDP party. The TDP leaders urged the speaker to declare 12 legislators who left the party and joined TRS as disqualified under defection law following the high court orders.
