Akkineni Lifetime Achievement Award for TSR
Hyderabad, Sept.19: “Rasamayi” president Dr. M K Ramu here on Monday said on the occasion of Dr. Akkineni Nageshwara Rao 93rd birthday, Rajya Sabha member Dr. Tikkavarapu Subbarami Reddy will be presented “Akkineni Lifetime Achievement Award” at a function in Ravindra Bharati on September 21. In this connection, Dr. M K Ramu released a brochure in the News & Services Syndicate hall in Hyderguda. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Ramu said Rasamayi has been organizing several programs since the last 35 year to encourage film artistes and felicitating them. He said Union minister M Venkaiah Naidu, former Governor of Tamil Nadu Konijeti Rosaiah, Gnanpeeth Awardee Dr C Narayana Reddy, veteran Telugu cine artites Jamuna, Dr Jayaprada, litterateur Dr Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad, cine writer Dr Parachuri Gopalakrishna, MP Dharmapuri Srinivas, MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy, prominent educationist Polluri Srimannarayana and others would be present at the function.
