Cash-for-Vote case: AP CM files writ for stay

Hyderabad, Sept.1: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today filed a petition in the High Court in connection with the “cash-for-vote” case. In his petition, Chandrababu Naidu pleaded with the High Court to stay the order of the ACB Court which had asked the investigating agency to initiate an inquiry into the case. The High Court admitted the petition and adjourned for hearing on Friday.
