No water supply in Hyderabad tomorrow

Hyderabad, July 31: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) has announced a 24-hour shutdown of water supply in the city on Tuesday. With the maintenance of Ringmain-1 pipeline works in a part of Krishna Phase-3 of drinking water supply to the city, there will be no water supply from 6 am on August 2 to 6 am on August 3. The officials said many areas in Hitech City, Kondapur, Madhapur, Jubilee Hills, Begumpet, and Kukatpally would be affected due to the maintenance works of the pipeline which brings water to these areas. The affected areas include Balapur, Rajiv Gruhakalpa, Almasguda, ARCI, Mailardevpally, Madhuban, PDP, Rajendranagar, Hyderguda, Kishanbhag, Sulemannagar, Athapur, Allabanda, Red Hills, Secretariat, Mehadipatnam Kakatiyanagar, Vijaya Nagar, Prashasannagar, Journalist Colony, Filmnagar, Lingampally, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Hafeezpet, KPHB Colony, Borabanda, Gayatrinagar, Allapur and Rama Rao Nagar.
