Police busts brothel house at Hayatnagar in city

Hyderabad, June 5: The Hayatnagar police on Sunday busted a brothel house being run by a woman amidst a residential colony. On a tip-off, the police raided the house in Sai Nagar Colony, Phase-2, and found four women and a male customer. The operator Jhansi Rani, along with the sex workers and the customer were taken into custody. Neighbors said flesh trade was going on in the house for a few months and when they realized that immoral activity was a going on, they complained to the police. They said the brothel operator kept saying that the girls and customers were her relatives paying courtesy visit to her house. "Dozens of men were visiting the house and it became a nuisance for the families," they added. Police said about a dozen sex workers from different States, including Telangana and AP, were working at the house in turns.
