Pak cricketers stymied by lack of degrees: Shahryar

The Pakistan cricket Board has fixed the reasons for the recent defeats of their national team as lack of education among the team members. In the Asia and T20 cricket cup matches, Pakistan had faced defeats. Shahryar Khan, PCB Chairman, has said there is lack of higher education among Pakistan team members. That is why they were handicapped in improving their skills faster. At present, Captain Misbaul Haq alone is well educated. The others are not even graduates. Shahryar said there was no question of compromise in such matters as discipline and fitness. He was referring to the dropping of senior players Ahmed Shehzad and Umar Akmal on grounds of discipline. Pakistani team is visiting England shortly and the team is being given military-type fitness training.
