Bank Manager's sleaze video does rounds in Cuddapah

If one wants a loan in Cuddapah district, then one has to co-operate with the General Manager of the District Cooperative Credit Bank, Venkateswarlu. Please him for a night with enough drink and a girl to boot, then the loan can be had. One creditor went through the process to expose the co-operative bank manager. A hidden camera was placed in a setting, and the whole exercise was filmed. Next morning it was shown all over the district. Now Venkateswarlu pleads that his face was morphed in the video doing the rounds in the district. He claims that since he is strict over sanctioning loans, someone who has been denied a loan by him had morphed his picture to expose him. But the video, it is agreed by all, is that of Venkateswarlu himself in all its sleazy details.
