VHP to await SC ruling on Ram Mandir till Dec. 31
The Vishwa Hindu Parishad has set the deadline of December 31 for the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The parishad would await the Supreme Court verdict in this regard till the year-end. After that they would not await the verdict of the court. This was stated by VHP general secretary Champak Rai in Indore where the Simhastha Kumbh Mela is going on. He contradicted another agency which said that temple construction in Ayodhya would begin by November 1. That announcement was also made from Indore a couple of days ago. That was the decision of the priests and saints. Champak Rai said other agencies were trying to create controversy on the Ram temple issue.
