Jagan is only dreaming of power, says Mysoora Reddy
It had been the common refrain of YCP leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy to assure his party MLAs:`Wait for 1 or 2 years, our government will be ushered in and your problems will be solved.' Although it was difficult to believe at that time, the YCP MLAs had hope of somehow Jagan coming to power. The situation has drastically changed now with the YCP MLAs making a beeline to the TDP. While the TDP strength is now growing, that of the YCP is depleting. So there is little likelihood of the YCP coming to power this term. Can Jagan expect to come to power in the next elections at least? MV Mysoora Reddy, who quit the YCP on Wednesday, said on Thursday that it was near impossible in the next elections also. Mysoora Reddy claimed that the conducive circumstances for Jagan coming to power were just in case welfare measures of the TDP government failing totally, and, at the same time, the other parties gaining politically. If there was no such turn, Jagan could forget coming back to power ever. He is only dreaming.
