TS Cong members demand thorough discussions
Wearing black badges, Congress members in the Telangana Assembly surrounded the speaker's podium, demanding discussions on the adjourned motions in the House on Saturday. The Congress MLAs included Sampath, Geeta Reddy and Komatireddy Venkatreddy. The Congress members wore black badges because of the attack on Sampath in the OU campus. They wanted thorough discussions on the adjournment motions. As a result the House was adjourned for 10 minutes. It later resumed. The Telangana House is being continued to run on Saturdays and Sundays also in order to give time to all members to present issues before the House. The decision was taken by Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao.
