Putin popularity intact in Russia
Russian President Vladimir Putin's popularity is intact.
Putin, who served Russia two terms as President, would be elected again if he stood in the polls, the people said.
Official pollster BTSIOM said 74% of the Russians would be voting for Putin again in the 2018 presidential poll.
The Russians have faith in Putin because he had been successful in bringing back Russian primacy in the world affiars.
Whatever the pollster says, would the Russian Constitution allow a third term for the President. Previously, Putin switched positions with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on constitutional grounds.
