Jethmalani to `prosecute' BJP rival Jaitley

While he has legally helped top BJP leader L.K. Advani to come out of the hawala racket, famous lawyer Ram Jethmalani says he will `prosecute' and cross examine his rival Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitely. Talking to newsmen in New Delhi, Jethmalani made no secret of his dislike for Jaitley. He held Jaitley responsible for the BJP expelling him from the party. If not directly, at least it was the Jaitley coterie that got him out of the party. He would, therefore, never forget his rival. There's no case for forgiving now that he had the opportunity to cross examine Jaitley in the Rs.10-crore defamation suit filed by the Finance Minister against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and five other AAP leaders. He noted that the Delhi Chief Minister had the right to institute an inquiry into the corruption of Delhi Cricket Association under the presidentship of Jaitley.
