Students bound for US stopped at Shamshabad

Students bound for the US were prevented from boarding the plane at Shamshabad international airport by the Immigration authorities on Saturday night because of prior information to them that California's Silicon Valley University and North Polytechnic University have been banned. The students with Study Visas have appealed to the authorities that their classes would start from January 4, and so they should be allowed to board the plane. The immigration officials informed the students that those who already went to these two universities were returning. Students who went to Trivalley University in the past had to similarly return. The students stranded at Shamshabad are, however, a worried lot.
