India building massive N-complex: Paris paper

Ater giving a shock to the world by stealthily, suddenly entering the Nuclear Club in 1974, India is completing a massive N-weapons producing complex at Chellakere in Karnataka, 'Paris Policy' reported. The complex aimed at producing N-weapons and setting up an aeronautical base is being set up on a war-footing. It is expected to be completed by 2017, the magazine reported. After its completion, the N-complex is expected to be the biggest such complex in South Asia. `Paris Policy' described Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in this connection, as `a silent saint' who is actually planning for N-arms on a massive scale.
