Centre yet to take decision on de-notifying Medha Towers

Hyderabad, Dec 5: The NDA government at the centre is yet to take a decision of the Andhra Pradesh government's proposal to de-notify Medha Towers. Medha Towers is situated on a 30 acres plot inside the Gannavaram IT Special Economic Zone near Vijayawada. The centre is believed to have also received similar requests from various state governments. Therefore, it is hesitating to de-notify the Medha Towers. It may be recalled that the AP government has zeroed in on Medha Towers to shift its secretariat from Hyderabad to that building.
