Green Tribunal serves notice to CRDA on Amaravati foundation fete
Hyderabad, Nov 5: The National Green Tribunal (NGT) is said to have issued notices to Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) and Andhra Pradesh government for violating its directives on Amaravati foundation stone ceremony. Acting on a petition filed by some individuals, who have been opposing the construction of the capital city in the green and fertile belt in Guntur district, NGT directed the CRDA and the AP government to reply within a week.
