Tanuku woman records suicide video after being forced into prostitution

Hyderabad, Oct 23: A young married woman hailing from Velpuru village near Tanuku in West Godavari district committed suicide by jumping into a canal after recording a suicide video, sources said. The incident took place on Tuesday but came to light only today. In the suicide video, the woman blamed her parents and her younger brother for trying to force her into prostitution. Apparently, they even got her raped and are said to have recorded the act with the help of a local politician identified as Sunil Kumar. In the video, the victim said her parents tried to blackmail her with the help of the rape video and were forcing her to enter the flesh trade, sources said.
