Suspected HuJi terrorist held in Hyd

Hyderabad, Oct 16: The police today arrested suspected Harkat ul-Jihad-e-Islami (HuJi) terrorist Alimul Islam in Hyderabad. According to police, Alimul Islam tried to meet the HuJi terrorist Nazir who is lodged at Charlapally Central Prison. It is said that Alimul and Nazir hatched a conspiracy to set up a Jihadi Centre in Hyderabad. Nazir hails from Pakistan and he entered India five years ago. Police arrested Nazir few months ago in Hyderabad. Nazir acquired passport using fake documents. Police beefed up security in the city as a precautionary measure in the wake of the arrest of Alimul. Sources said that he is a resident of West Bengal.
