Syringe psycho needles passengers in Bhagyanagar Express

Hyderabad, Sept 26: A syringe psycho, identified as Ravi Kumar, is said to have needled passengers in the Bhagyanagar Express. The train was travelling from Balharshah to Secunderabad. Terrorised passengers are then said to have first beat up Ravi Kumar and then handed him over to the Railway Protection Force officials at Secunderabad railway station. The RPF officials recovered two syringes and two SIM cards from the accused. Passengers said the syringe psycho got on to the train at Station Ghanpur in Warangal district.
