Modi will attend AP capital's foundation stone ceremony: Chandrababu

Hyderabad, Sep 17: TDP supremo and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the foundation stone laying ceremony of state's new capital Amaravati in October. Speaking to the media at NTR Bhavan here, Chandrababu said that Singapore Prime Minister was also invited for the ceremony. The CM said that Modi has agreed to attend the programme. The CM announced that he would visit Singapore on September 20. Commenting on World Bank report ranking AP second in the country in ease of doing business, Chandrababu said that report would further encourage industrialists to invest in AP. He termed river linking as a golden moment in AP's history and added that, government will divert Srisailam project water to Rayalaseema at any cost.
