How can Chandrababu stay in an illegally built house: CPI

Anantapur, Sept 7: Leaders of Communist Party of India today questioned Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister's decision to move into a house in Vijayawada that was constructed in an illegal manner. Speaking to media here today, CPI leader Ramakrishna asked how justified is Chandrababu's decision to move into an illegally constructed house on the banks of Krishna river in Vijayawada. Ramakrishna recalled that AP Minister Uma Maheshwar Rao himself had said that buildings were being illegally constructed on the banks of Krishna river. In spite of his admission, the government is not taking any action against such structures. He asked Chandrababu to clarify whether the Lingamaneni Estate in which he was going to stay was illegal or a legal structure.
