Bhimavaram tense, section 144 clamped
Bhimavaram (West Godavari), Sep 04: Tension prevailed in Bhimavaram town of West Godavari district today as Pawan Kalyan fans staged a protest. It may be noted that two days ago, Pawan Kalyan fans staged protest and pelted stones following the disfigurement of the actor's flexis. According to reports, the dispute between the fans turned out into a cold war between two dominant castes. As Pawan's fans once again staged a flash protest today demanding action against the accused, police clamped section 144 in the town for two days. The police warned that criminal cases would be filed on those responsible for riots. Pawan and Prabhas have not yet responded on the issue.
