Officials are facing problems in controlling the heavy rush. At Erragadda Rythu Bazar in the city, the officials are applying indelible ink and verifying documents to prevent the entry of middlemen and to stop re-entry of consumers into queues. Sudden spurt in price of onion has become matter of concern for everyone.
