@TajMahal, official Twitter account launched

Hyderabad, August 15: One of the seven wonders of the world and India's pride monumument, Taj Mahal has its own Twitter account from today onward. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav launched the the officials Twitter account for the monument on the occasion of Independence Day at Lucknow. With this, the historical monument will become the first one to have its Twitter account, said UP Tourism Secretary Amrit Abhijat. But the launching couldn't be organised at the Taj Mahal in Agra due to security and environmental problems. People now can share their feelings, photos, memories through this Twitter account "@TahMahal". Within a few hours of the account launching, thousands of followers have tweeted.
