Set top box compulsory by December 31
Hyderabad, August 12: It is mandatory that all TVs should be installed with Set Top Box (STB) by December 31. Telangana Minister for Commercial Taxes Talasani Srinivas Yadav inaugurated 4th cable expo at Hitex today. He suggested to set up STBs at the earliest. The Minister said the Telangana government is ready to solve the problems of MSOs and cable operators. He suggested the cable operators to use technology. He reacted positively to the MSOs requeat to cancel poll tax.
