ACB pressurised me to name TDP leaders: Uday Simha
Hyderabad, Aug 03: Uday Simha, one of the accused in cash-for-vote scam, has filed a memo in Anti-Corruption Bureau(ACB) Court here today. The Memo said that ACB officials tried to forcibly secure the signatures of Uday Simha. Uday Simha also said that the officials pressurised him to name some TDP leaders in the scam. He alleged that ACB officials forced him to sign on witness statement without reading it out loud. The judge adjourned next hearing to August 14. The court also relaxed the bail conditions of Sebastian and Uday Simha. The court exempted them from daily appearance and they would appear before it on Monday, Thursday and Friday. The court declined to relax bail conditions of TDP MLA Revanth Reddy.
