Revanth attends court, case put off to Aug 14

Hyderabad, August 3: Accused in cash-for-vote case Revanth Reddy, Sebastian and Uday Simha today appeared before the ACB court. The court posted the next hearing of the case to August 14. Uday Simha complained that the ACB sleuths have forcibly taken his statement. The officials informed the court that the charge sheet submitted by ACB is incomplete and has to add more information. Earlier, Revanth's advocates submitted a memo in the ACB court that he can't come to Hyderabad as per High Court orders. But the ACB court gave a clear dictum that Revanth Reddy must attend the court. At present, Revanth is staying in his constituency, Kodangal.
