Pratyusha case put off to July 27
Hyderabad, July 20: In the wake of Pratyusha's health conditions, High Court has adjourned the case to July 27. LB Nagar police have submitted the doctors' report on Pratyusha's health conditions to the High Court on Monday. Aware Global hospital doctors submitted a report to LB Nagar police today that it will take another one week for Pratyusha to get well. The court directed the Advocate Generals of the two Telugu states to inform the number of childen, who were school-drop outs and subjected to domestic violence. AP government was also included as a defendent in the case. High Court said that the government funds are not reaching the victims but being misused and Article 14 is being violated. Meanwhile, Aware Foundation told the court that it will take the responsibility of Pratyusha and informed that already 14 girls were under its protection. Pratyusha's case will come for hearing today at High Court. The court directed the police to produce Pratyusha and her father, Ramesh also before the court. But the doctors said that her health was not well and needs more time to be healthy. Ramesh will appear in the court today.
