Suresh Babu elected Film Chamber chairman

Hyderabad, July 20: Tollywood producer Daggubati Suresh Babu was elected as chairman Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce (TFCC). The chamber was earlier known as the Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce. The first TFCC elections were held in the city yesterday and Daggubati panel bagged 41 out of the 44 executive committee seats. Suresh Babu and Asian Films promoter Narayana Das competed for the president post. The chamber has a membership of 1,500 representing studios, producers, exhibitors and distributors. V Venkataramana Reddy (Dil Raju), M Ramesh and P Kiran were elected as vice-presidents, KL Damodara Prasad and KVV Prasad were elected as secretaries and Kodali Venkateswara Rao was elected as treasurer.
